Abstract: 5S method is japaneese improvement tool, widely adopted by the global car producers, through TS16949. This method is focused on work and business space arranging, aiming process optimisation and continual improvements. 5S method is using visual management (VM), and highly skilled and motivated human resourses. This artical describes 5S method implementation preparation as well as all 5 steps of 5S method implementation.
