Most of the demand is related to IATF 16949 Internal audit training (with basis of VDA 6.3 Process audit), and 4-day LEAN SIX SIGMA Green Belt.
Demand is growing for Continuous improvement trainings, like LEAN with Kaizen workshop, as 4 days training, with 2-day about lean in general, and 2-days of Kaizen workshop on the shopfloor, including VSM, Kaizen event etc. Training is done only as “in house”, with by client choosen production line scaning (present and future state mapping) inside training workshops, by trainees and moderated by trainer etc.
